The monthly Saturday weeding group removed asparagus fern on the Creek Track on 2 March. The weed was well entrenched and removal was challenging. The area was well shaded and although the ground was very dry, there were small maiden hair fern and silky tea tree seedlings. We will return to monitor progress and remove weed growth during winter.
